Our Promise

We want you to feel confident about joining BOLKAR. Here's exactly how our refund policy works — no surprises.

Before Session 1

Full refund, no questions asked. If you change your mind before the first session, email Mugdha at mugdhaatwork@gmail.com and we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

After Session 1

Once the first session has taken place, the seat is non-refundable. This is because we cap each cohort at 12 learners and turn away applicants once a seat is reserved. Your commitment ensures everyone in the cohort gets the experience they signed up for.

If You're Unhappy

If BOLKAR genuinely isn't working for you, reach out to Mugdha directly. We won't force you to stay — and we'll have an honest conversation about what might help you instead.

How to Request a Refund

Email mugdhaatwork@gmail.com with your name, registered email, and payment reference. Mugdha personally handles every request.
